Returns - retail customers

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase sent to your email.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@houseofpeaks.com with your name and order number to receive a RA number and return address. Returns are at the buyers expense unless faulty. We do not refund shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If items are faulty, please email hi@houseofpeaks.com and describe the fault, and let us know if you would like an exchange or full refund. We will organise a return label for you to apply to your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or purchases outside of the 14 day window.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Returns - reseller/wholesale customers

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns from reseller/wholesale customers are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are at the expense of the reseller.

Shipping - retail customers

Shipping costs depend on quantity. To determine shipping costs, please add items to the cart and fill in the shipping details. Tracking will be sent in a seperate email. 

We ship products within 3 business days of order placement - if urgent please make a note on your order.

If your shipping country does not appear, please email us and we can organise a quote.

 

Shipping - reseller/wholesale customers

Shipping costs are determined after an order is placed and we will send you an invoice with shipping included. 

We send out the next business day after an order is paid. 

We hold your stock for 3 business days, if not paid in that time, the stock goes back into our warehouse.
